1) Soak the paneer in boiling water

2) It will become soft and lighter in colour

3) Toss the paneer with chaat masala, salt, and cornflour

4) All the paneer should be evenly coated

5) Air fry the paneer till golden all over

6) It'll be crispy on the outside but soft on the inside

7) Sauté the garlic, ginger, and spring onions

8) Then add in the peppers

9) And that crispy paneer

10) Sauté together for around another minute

11) Then add in all the sauces as well as the cornflour slurry

12) Briefly cook until lightly saucy and glazed

13) Finish with plenty of spring onion greens
